We loved Ashley and Andy's story and what better place to photograph them than the place they met. We had so much fun working in the restaurant where they met, followed by a little park in their neighborhood. I can never get enough of things that are personal to couples. Here are a few of our favorites from their session.
Dana + Chris - Wedding on the Observatory Terrace : SC State Museum
Dana and Chris had the most beautiful intimate wedding ceremony and dinner reception. Everything about their day was simple, beautiful, and so uniquely them. Their ceremony took place in the SC State Museum followed by a cafe lighted dinner on the observatory terrace overlooking the glittering Columbia skyline. All the intimate details were just wonderful. Oh and did I mention the astronomy inspired decor to compliment their unique location? Guests were treated to a fabulous dinner by Southern Way Catering, and we got a chance to make some fun nighttime portraits with the couple. We were thrilled to be part of their day.

Maie + Joseph - Engagement Session at USC
We get asked quite often if couples can bring their sweet fur babies to engagement sessions. The answer is always yes! We love including dogs (and even once a cat). Pets are family too, and those cute wet noses make sessions even more fun. Zoe the little Dachshund would even look if you say "cheese!"
Anna - Bridal Portraits at the Lace House
It's no secret that the Lace House is a popular spot for bridal portraits. One thing we love about it is the challenge of always trying to do something new. We loved getting to work with Anna in side the Lace House. Here are just a few of our favorites.
ASHLEE + MO - engagement session on Main Street Columbia, SC
We love Columbia. With the Main Street area booming again, it's such a great place to explore and shoot. Ashlee and Mo wanted a modern looking engagement session, and Main Street was the perfect spot. What made Main even more magical was deciding to shoot a little later in the day to get some beautiful blue hour. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites!
