We are so excited for Nick and Grace's wedding. It's true :) We always tell our couples the reason we include an engagement session in our wedding packages, is because we want to get to know them. Truly. Those two hours when we get that couple all to ourselves, no distractions, just us... it's so important. It's our chance to really get a sense of not only who they are, but what kind of couple they are. We really strive to give each couple a unique set of photos. Sure we have our starting point. Our places of familiarity where we can create the beginnings of a relationship with them. Things we do with most of our couples, but it's those things we do that lead to the really great stuff. It's the same reason we don't provide props. If we did, everyone would have the same stinkin' photos. We learn if they are a cutesy couple, romantic, or just can't stop laughing with each other. We just loved getting to know Nick and Grace. Their session was actually at a boy scout camp that Nick came to growing up. It was fun for us not being the tour guide for once.
