Jennifer + Drew - Wedding at The Millstone at Adam's Pond
Being from Florida, winter is not my personal favorite…with one exception. WINTER LIGHT! There’s just something so clear and beautiful about the light on a cold day. We were so thankful for beautiful weather for this wonderful couple’s wedding day.
Jennifer and Drew’s day was so full of love and special moments, it was hard to choose just a few favorites. Follow along on their love story below.
Mary Stuart + Trevor - Wedding at Litchfield Plantation
Our last normal wedding. The only reason I bring this up is because of how fondly I look back at this wedding day. Before COVID and cancellations, masks and distancing. This was the last chance we had at a worry free wedding day, and it sure was a great one.
Mary Stuart and Trevor chose the stunning Litchfield plantation for their wedding day. The drive leading up to the house was exactly what you would imagine for a southern post card. The magnolia trees covered in Spanish moss were the perfect gate. Every detail was beautiful and traditional, and the day was made for them.
Huge thanks to the other professionals who made it all happen!
Lindsey + Jason - Wedding and Reception at the Riverbanks Botanical Gardens
A wedding in such a beautiful location is always a good idea. Lindsey and Jason had a gorgeous ceremony at the Riverbanks Botanical Gardens. With a first look and portraits in the gardens, the ceremony was just serene.
Venue: Riverbanks Botanical Gardens
Hair and Makeup: Pretty and Pinned
Cake: Bonnie Brunt Cakes
Dara + Wes - Wedding at City Art
So another fun aspect of waiting so long to blog is that details become a little fuzzy. For instance, who initiated the leap frog? And, why is the flower girl following that dog. Was there a dog there? Who’s dog was that? Okay, okay. Most of the questions are about this dog.
What I do remember are the sweet people, lots of little running around being cute as a button, and getting to watch Dara and Wed cross the street after the ceremony with the happiest of smiles on their faces. Here, as always, are just a few of my favorites.
