These two were as cute as could be. After dodging what looked to be a rather large production also shooting down by the water, we had a great time meandering around Charleston, using peoples front doors, and avoiding retirees in large sun hats. It was a pretty perfect day in Charleston.
Lauren and Ross were seriously fantastic. Seriously. We had a great time roaming around Charleston before heading over the John's Island for their engagement session. Two great locations, and two wonderful people made for a fantastic afternoon. We can't wait for their wedding later this year!
What a romantic day. Working with Tim and Shannon was so special. Their day was full of love, happiness, and photos! We were so happy to be shooting at the beautiful Magnolia Plantation and Gardens in Charleston, SC. Their reception followed at the charming McCrady's restaurant downtown. Shannon and Tim were so happy to be married, they literally danced down the isle.We hope you enjoy some of our favorites from their incredible day!
We know we are always going on about how we love to travel, but we just can't help it! This time, we were in good old Charleston, SC. Charleston is such a beautiful city full of natural beauty, history, and architecture. We met Lindsay and Chuck at the Folly Beach Pier to start their engagement session. This is the place where Chuck popped the question the lovely Lindsay. It seemed quite fitting to us as they are both marine biologists. In case you were wondering, being a marine biologist does not simply involve playing with dolphins, naming cute fish, and generally hanging out around an aquarium feeding penguins :) We were set straight about this at some point during the session. Another fun fact that was on our minds - A marine biologist has no problem eating seafood. We can all sleep better now. Lindsay and Chuck were so fun to work with! It was incredibly windy, so there are plenty of out-takes of wind mishaps :) They handled it like champs though. We loved finally getting to meet them, learn about their relationship, and have a good time in Charleston making beautiful portraits with them.
