JESSIE + MATT - wedding in Camden, SC : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

Some small cities in South Carolina are just full of charm.  We had the great opportunity to photograph in Camden at the beautiful Bethesda Presbyterian Church and Spingdall Hall Country Club. Both locations were so cute, and the perfect fit for Jessie and Matthews wedding.  Right before Jessie was getting ready to walk down the isle that day, we (Aaron and Jessie) got to talking about how beautiful the weather had turned out that day.  During those short few minutes, Jessie told me all about how she and Matt had put a ton of thought into choosing the day they wanted to get married.  They considered Daylight Savings, the Carolina Cup, what time the sun would be setting ... everything. It was really was such a special moment to hear Jessie talk about all their planning right before walking in to meet her future husband.  It really was a beautiful day with a wonderful couple, and great people. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites from the day.

LEEANN + PETE - Engagements in the Vista : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

LeeAnn and Pete are so much fun together.  I always love it when clients surprise us with fun little tidbits about themselves.  Things you never would have guessed on your own.  It just goes to show you that you should never try and come to a conclusion about someone before really talking and getting to know them.  We are really excited about LeeAnn and Pete's wedding.  It's just around the corner too!  Here are a few that we loved from their session.

MICHELE + SEAN - engagements in the Vista : Columbia, SC photographer

Maybe it's the saying "April showers bring May flowers" or the end of the school year.  For whatever reason, May is such a popular wedding month.  Michele and Sean will be saying their vows this coming May, and we can't wait. We were so excited to finally do their engagement session.  We had a great time walking around downtown, taking photos of them together, and learning more about this sweet couple.  Here are some favorites (as always!)

2013!

We are finally caught up enough to post photos that we have taken this year (yay!) :)  2012 was so great for us, and we are looking forward to 2013 even more.  We've got so many great things planned and coming our way. We can't wait to share with you.  We will be all over the state this year as well!  Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, Edisto, Camden, Traveler's Rest, Sumter, and even up to Lake Lure, NC.

So, with a new year comes new opportunity and change!  We want to hear from you ;)  We've so far been keeping this blog strictly to posts about weddings, bridals, and engagements.  What do you want to see?  More personal posts about who we are and what we do?  Ideas and thoughts that we have?  Photo related?  Let us know!

Thanks for sticking with us this far!  Let's build something great :)

ELIZABETH + WILL - wedding at the SC STATE MUSEUM : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

It was finally the day!  The day Elizabeth and Will said I do.  There was so much leading up to this day and we were excited to be there.  Elizabeth and Will had their ceremony at Rosewood Baptist Church.  One of the reasons being that was the same church Elizabeth's parents were married in years ago.  It was sentimental and very sweet.  After a very lovely ceremony, everyone headed over to the Congaree Vista room at the SC State Museum (*Fun Fact!  We had OUR reception at the State Museum!).  It was a night of fun, dancing, and great memories. We hope you enjoy some of our favs!
