We were thrilled when Whitney came to us looking for a wedding photographer. Right from the start we knew it was going to be something special, and we were right! Whitney and Tyler are such a sweet couple with tender hearts, and that made the day all the more fun for us. Oh and they are a seriously gorgeous couple! We had the opportunity to work with a great set of vendors on a truly beautiful day. All morning Whitney and everyone else at the wedding was worried about rain. Not only did it NOT rain, but the clouds parted and the sun came out just in time for their first kiss. We hope you enjoy some of our favorites from their day!

RHIANNA + BEN - wedding at St. Peter's Lady Island and Fripp! : Fripp Island wedding photographers

Rhianna and Ben's wedding day was simple, sweet, and oh so fun. Their ceremony was at the Beautiful St. Peter's Church in Beaufort, SC. The church has such simple beauty. We love their stunning wooden doors, and cute bridge going over the pond. Rhianna and Ben had their reception on Fripp Island which is a family vacation spot for her. Their backyard wedding was a perfect end to their beautiful day. 

ASHLEIGH + EVAN - Main Street Engagement Session - South Carolina Wedding Photographers

Ashleigh and Evan are such a fun couple. We loved working with them on their engagement session and we loved even more that they let us be weird :) . They were up for every crazy location and idea we had which made for a really fun time gallivanting around Main Street.  Their session was a great example of how you don't have to bring tons of props and outfits to have a good time and great session. Of course we've preached it in the past, but if props just aren't your personality, let's just go out and have fun.

Can you bring your adorable Yorkie to your bridal portraits? First off, who would say no? Okay so maybe I'm partial to Yorkies  since I had one as a kid growing up but who wouldn't want to photograph a bride and her dog? We had such a good time with Sabrina for her portraits. Your engagement session does NOT have to take place during the "golden hour". Natalie came to us wanting something really different for her session with her soon-to-be. She wanted beautiful commercial style engagement photos. So...we shot them at night! We love using off camera lighting. It's always a challenge and we love to push ourselves.
