We'd always heard how beautiful it was out at Edisto Island State Park. Going had always been the problem which is why we were thrilled when Catherine and Charles wanted that to be their engagement session location. It did not dissapoint. I've been told since the hurricane last fall the beach doesn't look the same, which makes this session all the more unique. So glad we got to go, and we were so happy to work with this sweet fun couple.
Lindsey - Unique Bridal Session at the SC State Museum
Have we said it enough? We love shooting new places. While the SC State Museum is very familiar to us (it's where Josh and I had our reception!) we had a great opportunity to shoot inside the planetarium. It was a bit out of the box, but was a fun addition to Lindsey's session. Here's to always trying something new!
Nicole + Carlton - Beautiful sequin wedding at the Lace House
So many beautiful details. So many wonderful people. Nicole and Carlton's day could not have been more beautiful. Bouquets of pure white peonies, blue shoes to kill, blue suits for the guys, and all the sparkle and charm made for a fabulous day. Everywhere you looked the details were pure perfection. Photographing their day was such a joy, we wish we could do it again. Special thanks to all the wonderful professionals who poured their hearts and talents into making this day beautiful!
Ashley - Bridal Portraits at the Lace House Gardens
Ashley is a true Disney princess. We had such a good time working with Ashley on her portrait. Forget that it was a typical Columbia afternoon (hot!) she looked stunning. Here are just a few of our favorites, particularly what we have deemed a "veil shot".
Ashley + Andy - Bar Engagement Session
We loved Ashley and Andy's story and what better place to photograph them than the place they met. We had so much fun working in the restaurant where they met, followed by a little park in their neighborhood. I can never get enough of things that are personal to couples. Here are a few of our favorites from their session.
