Alex and Aussemon - Wedding with By Invitation Only...Event Planning and Design at the South Carolina Lace House

This wedding was so dear to us. Not only did we get to work with some of our favorite wedding professionals, but even better, it was for one of our own. It’s always such a pleasure when a member of the wedding community has their own wedding celebration. This was certainly the case for Alex and Aussemon!

With a pallet of soft pinks and greens against the beautiful Lace House grounds, it was a perfect wedding day minus one tiny little detail…..It. Was. WINDY!

During the ceremony the wind picked up so intensely, you can even see the dust it created in some of the photos! There’s even a photos of Alex wiping his eyes. Dust, or tears? You decide :)

Lauren + Andrew - stunning wedding at SC Lace House

Lauren's wedding was full of white, blush, and light all around. As the beautiful natural light of the lace house faded into dusk, the hanging lights that covered the dance floor really came alive. Every part of Lauren and Andrews day was exquisite. What was even better were some of the personal items they incorporated like her mothers own wedding shoes. This wedding had so much beauty, that all came together with the help of some wonderful professionals. These are just a few of our favorites!

SARAH + PAN - wedding at St. Simon and St. Jude & Lace House : Columbia, SC wedding photography

We've already had the fantastic pleasure of sharing Sarah and Pan's Cambodian wedding on our blog, and now it's time for their American wedding! Sarah and Pan were married at Sarah's home church of The Episcopal Church of St. Simon and St. Jude in Irmo, SC. Their reception followed at the beautiful Lace House. Sarah's stunning reception was spread along the mall of the Governors mansion grounds. Open air and cafe lights set such a romantic tone for their evening. Meagan Warren Weddings did a fabulous job adorning the tables with beautiful place settings and elegant bud vases. We just loved all the sophisticated elements that Sarah and Pan included in their day. One of my favorites was their cake! Covered in gold glitter and topped with a NYC taxi, their cake was a fantastic element and homage to their new home of NYC.  The whole day was a wonderful blend of North and South.  Here are a few of our favorites that we hope you enjoy! Claudia and Ryan were ready for their wedding day to be fun! Light hearts and smiles were all around as they prepared for the ceremony. Everyone was in such good spirits, and it showed. We loved just how laid back Claudia and Ryan were. Up for anything, happy with everything, and courteous to everyone. It was a fantastic day!

We loved photographing Karolyn in her dress. I have to say I think it was the longest train we have ever photographed. That just made for a more interesting and fun session. We hope you enjoy some of our favorites from her session at the stunning Lace House Gardens.
