There’s nothing quite like the light that floods into a bright room on a sunny day. This day seemed to be full of that same light, and that light lead us from one moment to the next. Haleigh and Conner were so sweet, and it was wonderful spending their day in the Hilton Head.

Roni + Kyle - Wedding at the Robert Mills House and Cobblestone
Roni and Kyle had a perfect blend of style, planning, and great luck. Living in the great state of South Carolina, you eventually get used to the massive weather shifts and even the abnormal eventually feels normal. This is why wearing shorts in January really isn’t that crazy after just having worn a coat and scarf the week before. It can blazing hot one minute, and after a quick thunderstorm in the afternoon, the evening will almost feel like fall in July. All of this is to say, you can hope, pray, and plan for a “Fall Wedding” in Fall, but only Mother Nature can grant you such a luxury of it all coming together. Roni and Kyle definitely lucked out as their beautifully designed Autumn wedding matched the crisp cool air perfectly! It was a perfect day with so many beautiful things to look at. We hope you enjoy just a few of our favorites!
Liz + Martin - Wedding at St. Timothy's and the Lace House
Liz and Martin's wedding day was all about lace, and beautiful light. With candles covering the iron steps of the South Carolina Lace House, and the glow from the cafe lights falling on the courtyard, the feeling of their wedding was just romantic. Liz even continued that romantic feel into her own wedding gown with beautiful and delicate lace from her long sleeves, to her hem. Everything about their day was soft an romantic, and the details were just exquisite.

RACHEL + KYLE - wedding in Seneca, SC : South Carolina wedding photographers
Rachel and Kyle are such a sweet couple. After talking with them both Josh and I knew their story was very familiar. Just like Rachel and Kyle, we were married at a young age. And by young I mean both parties could not yet legally purchase alcohol. I told Rachel what I wished someone had said to me when I was getting ready to walk down the isle and marry my love. I told her that they could experience life together as a married couple. That she didn't have to be single just to enjoy life. We were so thrilled to be part of their day, and it was such a special one at that. These families are near and dear to us personally, so being there to capture it all was a joy. So many happy tears that day.
ETHAN + PAOLA - wedding day portrait session
Ethan and Paola were married at the Church of Latter day Saints here in Columbia, SC. While we weren't able to photograph the ceremony, we had a great time working with them afterwards for some portraits before they traveled to North Carolina for their wedding reception. It was short, sweet, and we had fun with a really sweet couple.
