JESSIE + MATT - wedding in Camden, SC : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

Some small cities in South Carolina are just full of charm.  We had the great opportunity to photograph in Camden at the beautiful ​Bethesda Presbyterian Church and Spingdall Hall Country Club. Both locations were so cute, and the perfect fit for Jessie and Matthews wedding.  Right before Jessie was getting ready to walk down the isle that day, we (Aaron and Jessie) got to talking about how beautiful the weather had turned out that day.  During those short few minutes, Jessie told me all about how she and Matt had put a ton of thought into choosing the day they wanted to get married.  They considered Daylight Savings, the Carolina Cup, what time the sun would be setting ... everything. It was really was such a special moment to hear Jessie talk about all their planning right before walking in to meet her future husband.  It really was a beautiful day with a wonderful couple, and great people. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites from the day.   

LEEANN - rocks her dress! Columbia, SC bridal portrait photographer

We see a different bride almost every weekend, but some things never change.  One of those things is that moment, right before you see the bride.  It's the moment when you either get what you expected or are surprised.  Either way it is always exciting to see each brides dress, especially for her bridal portraits.  One great thing about doing a bridal portrait session is that you get a chance to get ready just like you would on your wedding day.  You get to test out not only your hair and makeup, but your alterations, shoes, the list goes on.  It's really a great opportunity to get beautiful photos of you in your dress, and give everything a test run.  We loved working with LeeAnn for her portrait.  Here are some favs! 

HOLLY + RIAN - engagement session Columbia, SC : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

We were so excited to sit down with Holly and Rian and talk all about their fun ideas for their engagement session.  Each set and outfit had a different meaning and purpose and we loved it.  We got to do some of our first night time engagement photos as well.  It's something we've always wanted to do, but doesn't always fit.  And now here they are!  We hope you enjoy some of our favorites!​

ELIZABETH + JEFF - engagements in Chapin, SC : Columbia, SC wedding photographers

Elizabeth and Jeff were oh so fun :)  We love connecting with clients, and I think that moment when Liz blurted out trogdor....that was the moment (she might kill us for telling though).  Liz wanted their engagements to take place at her parent's house out in Chapin.  There house sits right on the edge of a creek.  With all the trees and rocks, it was a beautiful spot.  Hope you enjoy just a few of our favorites!​

TIFFANY + ARTHUR - wedding in Sumter, SC : Sumter, SC wedding photographers

We had a blast with Tiffany and Arthur.  I can safely say that this was the farthest traveled, and most diverse group of people we've ever been around.  There were family and guest from Venezuela, ​France, Zimbabwe, Mexico, and I am sure many many more :)  It made for a fun and interesting day.  It was so amazing to see all these different people from different countries and cultures come together to celebrate such a sweet and devoted couple.  Seeing Tiffany and Arthur together was great.  We hope you enjoy some of our favorites from their day.
