Lindsey + Jason - Wedding at the SC State Museum

Lindsey and Jason are such sweet people. Big hugs and grins were in no short supply the day of their wedding. One particular detail I loved about their day was a surprise inside Lindsey's dress. Sewn in was a heart patch made from the scrubs her father wore in the hospital the day she was born. You could really feel the love and celebration not just from the couple, but their families as well. That's what makes our days worth it.

Casey's bridals at the Caldwell Boylston House - Columbia, SC

When searching for a location for Casey's bridals, she wanted a grand old house with charm. We found the best spot with the Caldwell Boylston house here in Columbia SC. The quaint little piece of history often gets overlooked as it sits in the same complex as the Lace House. We loved this side of the gardens, and the use of the grey and white staircase. Here are just a few of Casey's stunning portraits!

Ashley + Andy - Bar Engagement Session

We loved Ashley and Andy's story and what better place to photograph them than the place they met. We had so much fun working in the restaurant where they met, followed by a little park in their neighborhood. I can never get enough of things that are personal to couples. ASHLEE + MO - engagement session on Main Street Columbia, SC

We love Columbia. With the Main Street area booming again, it's such a great place to explore and shoot. Ashlee and Mo wanted a modern looking engagement session, and Main Street was the perfect spot. What made Main even more magical was deciding to shoot a little later in the day to get some beautiful blue hour. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites! 

Lauren + Andrew - stunning wedding at SC Lace House

Lauren's wedding was full of white, blush, and light all around. As the beautiful natural light of the lace house faded into dusk, the hanging lights that covered the dance floor really came alive. Every part of Lauren and Andrews day was exquisite. What was even better were some of the personal items they incorporated like her mothers own wedding shoes. This wedding had so much beauty, that all came together with the help of some wonderful professionals. These are just a few of our favorites!
