The Lace House is one of our favorite locations for bridal portraits. Especially when we actually get to go into the house. We had a great time working with Liz and her trusty bridesmaids :) We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites!

Amanda was a pleasant surprise. We say she was a surprise because we were called up to do her portrait session just days before it was scheduled. Long story, but we were so happy to come in and work with Amanda on her portraits. She had already chosen the Horseshoe for her location which is always a fun spot to shoot. We love not just the main part of the Horseshoe, but all the little nooks, crannies, and what seem to be secret gems hidden among the shrubs and walkways. With both Josh and myself (Aaron that's me, writes these blog posts if you were ever wondering being graduates of USC, we've both spent plenty of time traveling the Horseshoe Me probably more than Josh, but we like to think we have the inside scoop :) Huge Kudos and thanks to both Martha Ann Williams for doing a wonderful job on Amanda's hair, and to Jamie Tran of Eyebrow Junkie for doing a stunning job on her makeup. She looked fabulous!
We had such a great time working with Rebekah on her bridal portraits. Working through the heat, she kept a smile on her face and really (as they say) "worked" the camera. All this while her mom helped with her dress, and dad so wonderfully carried the bags :) Thanks parents!!! We really hope you enjoy this set of bridal portraits. We sure do!
To bridal, or not to bridal. That seems to be the question among the modern day brides. Some see it as old fashioned, and to others it is a necessity. We personally adore working on bridal portraits. It is that extra time we get to spend with our brides that helps us get to know them even better before the big day. It is also a great time to do a test run on all of your personal details. Your hair, make-up, alterations, the list goes on and on. We had the wonderful privilege of working with Jaci on her bridal portraits. She was simply stunning!
