Anna + Jonathan - Wedding at Lexington Country Club

Cute kids, dreamy veils, and photos during golden hour. All things that made a perfect wedding day for Anna and Jonathan. Anna's delicate lace dress and peony bouquet was so wonderful to photograph. Anna and Jonathan had their ceremony at Zion Lutheran Church in Lexington. One of the sweetest parts was Anna's father taking part in the wedding ceremony. Following the ceremony was their beautiful reception at the Lexington Country Club. As we arrived at the country club, the sun was just peaking over the trees, and showing us with beautiful golden light. Their day was simply beautiful, and we are so happy to share a few of our favorites.

Dana + Chris - Wedding on the Observatory Terrace : SC State Museum

Dana and Chris had the most beautiful intimate wedding ceremony and dinner reception. Everything about their day was simple, beautiful, and so uniquely them. Their ceremony took place in the SC State Museum followed by a cafe lighted dinner on the observatory terrace overlooking the glittering Columbia skyline. All the intimate details were just wonderful. Oh and did I mention the astronomy inspired decor to compliment their unique location? Guests were treated to a fabulous dinner by Southern Way Catering, and we got a chance to make some fun nighttime portraits with the couple. We were thrilled to be part of their day.

Lauren + Andrew - stunning wedding at SC Lace House

Lauren's wedding was full of white, blush, and light all around. As the beautiful natural light of the lace house faded into dusk, the hanging lights that covered the dance floor really came alive. Every part of Lauren and Andrews day was exquisite. What was even better were some of the personal items they incorporated like her mothers own wedding shoes. This wedding had so much beauty, that all came together with the help of some wonderful professionals. These are just a few of our favorites!

2016 - A blog post

What a year. 2016 brought us some truly amazing couples and weddings. We could not have done 2016 without all the amazing professionals working alongside us. We want to send out our sincerest thanks to you all who have followed us, believed in us, worked with us, and supported us. 

Here's to capturing more love, more moments, and more weirdness in 2017.

oh how happy we'll be. 

This beachside wedding was so wonderfully perfect. With the threat of rain for days leading up, and a 100% chance of rain forecast the night before, we were all certain Morgan and Derek would be saying "I do" in a thunderstorm. And just like that, the weather changed. It was nothing but blue skies and beautiful weather the whole day which is exactly what this sweet couple deserved!
