CAROLINE + TAYLOR - engagements at the Antique Mall : Columbia, SC

Caroline, Taylor, and Ruby were a riot. With huge personalities, and hearts we had fun shooting their morning session on the Horseshoe at USC and then the antique store.  Since antiquing was something they loved doing together, we had fun perusing the isle of other peoples treasures and laughing at all the oddities there are to be had in the nooks and crannies of the store. With an amazing couple, friends, and vendors, Lillie and Daniel had a wonderful wedding day. One of our favorite parts of the day was being able to photograph them with Lillie's Grandfather's personal car, a 1950s vintage Ford. Heavy doors, jet black paint, and that hood ornament! It had it's own romanticism and style. Special thanks to the people who helped make the day great!

AMY + BRANDON - wedding at St. Peter's and 701 Whaley : Columbia, SC Wedding Photographer

What a fantastic wedding! This day was great from beginning to end. There was laughter, tears, love, and fun. Amy and Brandon were so full of love and laughter all day long. We had so much fun photographing them and their day we can't help but smile at their photos. Throughout our journey with Meagan, we've been really surprised with how many details have been pleasantly personal to Meagan in terms of our locations and discussions about photography and their sessions. For their engagements, we went out to Meagan's grandparent's house. It is a place that was near and dear to her as a special part of her childhood. For her bridal portraits, Meagan wanted to use the USC Horseshoe because her parents were married at the Rutledge House! It was a sweet moment and thoughtful gesture to honor and remember her parents. We were so happy to work with her (and mom too!).
